Details here. Both QB Expo sponsors and QB Expo participants are feeling the sting, as Expo development goes into the July month and the event is still in it's planning stages. Although all projects have been received via the qbexpo@inbox.net mailbox, no notification has been given yet to developers. In addition, because planning stages have not concluded yet, many preliminary stages in the QB Expo has yet to be developed. Vance Velez, one of the webmasters in charge of moderating decisions for the QB Expo, cites problems maintaining a balance between V Planet and development of the QB Expo as the main reason development has been at a less than desirable pace. "Ever since I couldn't access the Internet for about two weeks time, a lot has happened in the QB community. It literally cut into the development time needed to put together the 2001 QB Expo. Because there have been many projects registered for the event, it will still take time to get things organized and plan out how the Expo will be coordinated. Because of the support the event is receiving it will definitely take place, but I wouldn't be surprised if there will be a week or two's delay from the targeted release date of the event," explains Vance.
