V Planet Staff Goes On Acid
(4/23/2004) Three new staff members join our motley crew to help whip V Planet back to shape. And V Planet's new Editor is announced!

With the folks from QB on Acid and V Planet joining forces, it may be time to slay the mighty beast of "V Planet not updating" once and for all.

Last month, Vance Velez resigned as Editor of V Planet, citing his poor performance as Editor in 2003 as the main reason. Since then, a long and aggressive search was made throughout the QB community for a passionate, hard-working individual who will help lead V Planet back in the right direction. After a month-long search, we're proud to have finally found that individual.

Known for his massive QBRPG Wrath of Sona and his no-nonsense writing style on the QB publication QB on Acid, Nekrophidus is the new Editor of V Planet, effective immediately. That means that Nekrophidius will now have the last say-so when it comes to articles and reviews, and that Nek will have the Captain's chair as V Planet is steered back to the land where updates are constant and QB games run for free.

In addition to Nek, we're also proud to announce two new members to V Planet's Web Design team, Mark Grenham (aka Kyper) and Rune Moennike (aka Zap). Along with fellow Web Graphics Designer Toonski and Web Technician Jeremy Hammond, these four guys are in charge of switching V Planet to a new site format, where all V Planet staffers can update easily and assuredly.

As for Vance, he will be demoted to Managing Editor, where he will be in charge of ensuring a smooth transition of power and helping to automate the site until the new site format is installed.

We're proud to have these three new guys on the team, and hope that we can return to helping out the QB community find the latest QB games soon.
