For three months time, V Planet has had the privilege of having one of the QB community's most in-and-out characters review some of the more talked-about QB games of the summer, including Ghini Run, Kingdoms, and Arqanoid. But after a summer of good writing and fun times, V Planet game reviewer Terry Cavanagh has decided to resign from V Planet to better concentrate on college life, and to allowing him more time to work on his main QB gaming project, Beautiful Deception. Besides writing for V Planet, Terry's presence on the QB scene is felt through his game-making abilities. Alternate Logic Puzzles, one of Terry's first solo projects, earned him a nomination for Best Puzzle game during last year's QB Gaming Gold Awards. This year, Terry's award-winning action game The Hunt is among the Best Arcade game nominees for the QB Gaming Golds. While Terry is no longer part of the V Planet crew, he's still part of the Hulla-Balloo Network, the same network that hosts V Planet! QuickBasic Magazine.
