So anyway, let me tell you about some of the things happening in QB land while I was away. First of all, Master Creating submitted to us an RPG to review called Shadow of Power. It's supposed to be a Zelda III clone (most people say only Zelda clone). The guys and I haven't tried it yet but I guarantee we'll have a review of this RPG up very soon. Speaking of QBRPGs, we've crowned a new #1 RPG in our Top 27! Yeah... I couldn't believe it either when the staff put Kids of Karendow on the top of the list. When I last saw the game, it had some bugs and there was no music. The PHAT Kids managed to fix both of those problems and do so much more! The future also looks bright for DarkDread and his game, Distant Promises. He recently redesigned his site and is now working full-scale on his Final Fantasy-inspired "console" game. But the most anticipated of them all has got to be Dark Ages II: Tartkraftengel. Mike Hoopmann's sequel to the RPG landmark was promised a few months back and now it looks like Mike's going to pull a very Nintendo-like manuvuer and release this game quite a bit after it was announced. This is a good thing. Remember when Zelda 64 was delayed for so long? When it finally came, Zelda became the best game ever on Nintendo 64! As for me, I've been playing a lot of my favorite game, Wandering Hamster. That reminds me... I have to go kick Lord Broaste's tail again. Peace out! QB forever! QBShire Editior, V Planet!
